Many of these are of pet Fauves and are intended to show all the characteristics of the breed. As there is quite a wide variation in size, colour, coat and structure of the dogs you will see this in the various photographs. There are only a few formal shots of dogs being exhibited and if you wish to see show dogs you are encouraged to attend one of the many shows that schedule Fauves.
